Cardona, Rizal | Forty-four (44) attendees including PCCI Rizal Officers, Local Chamber Officers, DTI Staff, LGU Representatives and other business owners were present during the Chamber Management and Training Workshop last March 11, 2025.

The presidents from long-established chambers – Mr. Oliver Darvin (PCCI Antipolo), Engr. Elmer Espiritu (PCCI Taytay), Atty. Yo Aquino (PCCI Pililla), and Mr. Gladdie Mallari (PCCI Rizal) shared their chamber’s best practices on membership recruitment and retention, fundraising ideas, advocacies and services to members, and building networks and partnerships.

The group then collaborated to develop an action plan addressing key areas such as membership, operations, training, finance, business development, advocacy, digital transformation, and special projects. The SWOT analysis and action plan were later presented for review and discussion.
