Calauan, Laguna – The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Laguna highlighted entrepreneurship as a sustainable and rewarding career option during a career development forum organized by the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) – Calauan Campus held at Calauan Central School on June 28, 2025.

The forum, which was attended by graduating students, served as a platform for DTI to introduce several programs designed to support aspiring young entrepreneurs. Key initiatives presented included the Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP), services offered by the Negosyo Center, and the Small and Medium Enterprise Roving Academy (SMERA). These programs offer mentorship, skills training, and organizing network to help graduates start and grow their own businesses.
