Taipei, Taiwan — The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), through the Philippine Trade and Investment Center Taipei (PTIC-Taipei), engaged in a roundtable meeting with the Taiwan Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association (TEEMA) to explore emerging opportunities in the Philippines considering the recent changes in the global tariff landscape, Tuesday, 8 April 2025. 

The meeting aimed to foster stronger industrial partnerships that can navigate geopolitical complexities while advancing shared goals in supply chain resilience, market diversification, and innovation. 

This initiative is part of PTIC-Taipei’s efforts to promote supply chain resilience strategies with Taiwan companies amid evolving trade regulations and global geopolitical developments.
