The event served as a key platform to engage with Taiwanese business leaders, including members of the Taiwan Chambers of Commerce in the Philippines. Dialogue focused on expanding trade and investment relations and enhancing ease of doing business in the Philippines.

A notable outcome was a meeting with a venture capital firm exploring market entry through advanced fishing net systems, aligned with the Department of Agriculture’s modernization agenda. PTIC-Taipei provided initial insights and encouraged further coordination with relevant Philippine agencies. Additionally, the Post and the Chamber identified potential areas for collaboration to unlock new business opportunities between Taiwan and the Philippines. ♦
