The Department of Trade and Industry – Foreign Trade Service Corps (DTI-FTSC) and its Philippine Trade and Investment Centers (PTIC) abroad, supported the successful staging of the International Food Exhibition (IFEX) Philippines 2025,  held from 22 to 24 May 2025 at World Trade Center, Manila to celebrate and showcase Philippine food products to the global market.

Expanding business opportunities, around 20 PTICs successfully brought in Very Important Buyers (VIBs) from key international markets. These strategic connections provided local MSMEs with access to high-potential buyers, further strengthening the country’s presence in the global food trade.

IFEX Philippines 2025 featured insightful conferences, and special events including live product demonstrations, networking sessions, and food innovation showcases.

Organized by the DTI’s Center for International Trade and Exposition Missions (CITEM), IFEX Philippines is the longest-running food sourcing show in the country, bringing together major industry players from around the world.

Through international exhibitions, DTI continues to strengthen its support for MSMEs by enhancing their access to global markets through capacity-building, export development, and international trade linkages. ♦
