QuadX was issued with a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) E-Commerce Philippine Trustmark (Trustmark) Certificate on 12 August 2025. It is the first e-commerce platform that has been granted the digital badge since its launch on 07 July 2025.

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 11967 (RA11967) or the Internet Transactions Act of 2023, the DTI launched the Trustmark Department Administrative Order No. 25-07 Series of 2025. The Trustmark is a digital badge granted to online businesses engaged in transactions that comply with fair e-commerce practices, consumer protection rules and applicable standards. It aims to build consumer trust and encourage responsible online selling.

With its unique QR code and security number, the Trustmark allows online consumers to identify legitimate online merchants, ensuring they are transacting with businesses that uphold fair, transparent and safe online practices. For businesses, the Trustmark offers a competitive edge. Subject to DTI guidelines, the Trustmark includes benefits such as automatic listing in the publicly accessible Online Business Database (OBD).

QuadX, a homegrown in logistics and digital commerce innovator, powers nationwide delivery and fulfillment through platforms that connect thousands of online sellers to nationwide courier networks. Through its flagship services such as GoGo Xpress and ShippingCart, QuadX has redefined last-mile delivery, cross-border shopping and cash-on-delivery services for the Philippine market.

Interested businesses may apply for the Trustmark by completing the online application form at https://www.trustmark.dti.gov.ph and submit the necessary supporting documents such as but not limited to, Certificate of Business Name Registration from the DTI, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) whichever is applicable, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Certificate of Registration (Form No. 2303), and a valid government-issued ID of the applicant or its representative.
