Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from Misamis Oriental generated a total of P20 million in actual and potential sales during a three-day trade exposition in Makati City, a strategic initiative by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to link provincial producers to the wider national market.

The recent MSME Opportunity, Network, Exhibit (ONE) Expo 2025 yielded P7.5 million in cash and booked sales. An additional P12.6 million in sales is currently under negotiation, indicating strong market interest.

The event, which featured 26 exhibitors from Cagayan de Oro and Misamis Oriental, saw significant market absorption, with 15 of the participating MSMEs selling out their entire product inventories.

Beyond direct sales, the expo also paved the way for the facilitation of 24 new purchase orders and the establishment of new partnerships with 21 institutional buyers, 10 café owners, and 8 resellers. These connections are expected to provide a sustained revenue stream for participating enterprises.
