The Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (NSB) program, previously known as the Livelihood Seeding Program – Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (LSP-NSB), is an initiative by DTI aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and fostering economic development at the grassroots level. The program’s primary goal is to support micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by bringing business resources, services, and information directly to the barangay level. This initiative helps reduce poverty and encourages sustainable economic growth by equipping local businesses with the skills and resources needed for success.

Ms. Sharon F. Dioco, DTI BDD Chief, delivered an inspiring message to the attendees, emphasizing the department’s commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs. “Nandito lamang po ang DTI Rizal para umalalay sa inyo. Hangad po namin na makatulong ang programang ito para mas lalo pa ninyong mapalago ang inyong mga negosyo,” she said.
